Lincoln Engineers Pty Ltd was established in Port Lincoln South Australia in 1966 and we are proud to still be a South Australian family owned and operated company all these years later. Now based in Port Adelaide, we are an ISO9001 Management Certified Company and pride ourselves on providing our clients with our best attention and prompt service at all times. Over the past 52 years we have gained a substantial amount of experience in all facets of structural steel fabrication & erection work.
We have serviced many different types of builders and developers across multiple industries both here in South Australia and across Australia. We work to the highest industry standards in the commercial, industrial & residential markets & use our own in-house planning & project management software to best service the project needs.
What we do?
All structural steel we produce is project managed, shop detailed & designed in-house using the latest BIM (building information modelling) 3D modelling software Tekla Structures 2018i. These 3D models allow us cross check all of the consultants drawings both Architectural, Engineering & Services against our design ensuring costly errors can be recognised and corrected prior to the steelwork being manufactured & erected on site thus avoiding rework & downtime to your project.
At Lincoln Engineers, we pride ourselves on consulting with all parties in the Construction phase, whether that be Clients & Builder, Architects & Engineers, Concreters, Precasters, Mechanical, Roofing, and Glazing Contractors to ensure that attention is given to the smallest of details which in turn minimizes costly errors, avoids down time & ensures that the structure conforms to the design intent. All of these efforts combined result in a building that will stand the test of time for many years to come & be held up with the strength of Lincoln Steel.

Over the years we have worked with various Sub-Contractors & have built long lasting relationships with them who uphold the values & traditions that have made Lincoln Engineers an industry leader over its vast 52 year history. We understand the importance of providing quality workmanship & our company is Accredited to ISO9001, What this means is that our company is run according to International Management Standards which allow us to successfully manage every aspect of our business & provide Quality Steelwork to the Customer on every Project. Lincoln Engineers is also certified to Construction Category CC2 of the National Structural Steel Certification Scheme which is an accreditation body run through the ASI (Australian Steel Industry) & SCA (Steel Compliance Australia) which ensures all of our systems meet & far exceed the Australian Standards which are most relevant to our Construction field.
Our workshop of over 6,000m2 is purpose built with three fabrication bays, on approximately 20,000m2 of land. We currently employ a vast range of Managers, Supervisors, Leading Hands, Boilermakers, Welders & Machine Operators with capacity to increase our number of employee’s dependant on contractual commitments. Our workshop is capable of producing approximately 200-250 tonnes of Structural Steel per month dependant on the type & complexity of steelwork & all of our projects are managed in house by experienced personnel fully customizing every area of the build.
